Learning Objectives:
The course is designed to develop leadership competencies that can be applied to many areas of life:
Discover Your Unique Leadership Style
- Identify your leadership strengths and super powers
- Tap into your ability to influence
- How to delegate and hold others accountable with confidence
Time Management and Work-Life Balance
- How to prioritize based on what is urgent and/or important and what's not
- Identify strategies to overcome work-life and personal obstacles
- How to adapt as stressors change over time
Giving and Receiving Feedback
- Identify characteristics of effective feedback and pitfalls to avoid
- How to prepare for feedback using mindset management and scripts
- Practice providing and receiving feedback using new skills and tools
Managing Conflict
- How to identify conflict situations
- Apply alternative perspectives to deescalate situations
- Practice having difficult conversations using new skills and tools
Productivity and Accountability
- Identify goals and aspirations based on personal values
- Create an action plan
- Create habits to accelerate greater success.
- Develop a support system, a Council of Champions, and other tools.
Participants identify a real-life challenge or aspiration to work on during the course and leave with an action plan they are confident in.

Course Overview:
Module 1: Setting the Stage
Participants will:
- Take the Professional Life Satisfaction pre-assessment.
- Identify a current challenge they want to solve or goal they want to achieve.
- Gain clarity on unique leadership style based on strengths and values.
- Review best practices in supervisory skills.
- Set professional goals using a proprietary graphic Landscape of the Future map.
Module 2: Building Your Success System
Participants will:
- Discover how to activate their strengths, experiences, and wisdom to solve their own challenges and achieve their goals.
- Establish a personal Council of Champions to practice new skills, receive feedback, leverage networks.
- After successful completion of Module 2, participants will be invited to join the private Stand In Your Power Private community to share ideas, feedback and celebrate success along the way.
Module 3: Harness Your Power
Participants will:
- Harness the best asset for problem-solving and generating success...the brain!
- Differentiate between the ‘unconscious brain’ and the ‘conscious brain’ for better mindset management.
- How to utilize thought management tools to generate better outcomes.
Module 4: Move Into Action
Participants will:
- Develop an action plan using a proprietary graphic Adventure Map.
- Learn about how the brain works to sabotage goals through self-doubt, criticism, and apprehension. Practice how to get “unstuck” if it does happen.
- Establish accountability and move into action to achieve goals.
Module 5: Achieve Results
Participants will:
- Act on everything they have learned; have that difficult conversation, make that presentation, lead that new project, step into that new role with confidence.
- Take action, practice tools, get feedback on the experience, and reflect on next steps.
- Develop four key habits that will generate momentum using a customized Habit Tracker template.
Module 6: Build Momentum
Participants will:
- Take the Professional Life Satisfaction post-assessment to gauge what shifted as a result of the course.
- Establishing productivity support structures such as planning tools, habit trackers, and productivity partners.
Stand In Your Power Community:
- Participants will be included in our Power Membership Community for three following completion of the course, for free. After that, the cost is $79/mo. per person.
