About Our Logo
Cognitive Agility's logo uses a tree as a metaphore, its branches representing the structures of the brain and the gears illustrative of the complex inner workings of the mind.
We work with clients to move the gears and achieve breakthrough thinking!

I believe that our success or failure in work is a result of what we choose to focus on every day. I enable groups and leaders to develop strategies, goals, and implementation tactics that result in improved focus for themselves, their teams, and their organizations. My specialty is in designing and facilitating off-sites, workshops and meetings utilizing interactive and graphic approaches to foster creativity and innovative thinking. I have over 20 years of experience helping organizations in the public and private sectors, both domestic and abroad and have facilitated hundreds of programs and meetings for clients in a variety of expertise areas. I provide ongoing support in the areas of stakeholder communications, education and training, performance management, and measuring progress toward meeting goals.
I received my Master’s degree from The Ohio State University in Organization and Workforce Development, Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies/Chinese from Bowling Green State University, Certificate in Design Thinking for Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Certificate in Co-Active Coach Training from the Coaches Training Institute.
