TRAINING

We design and deliver leadership and management development training that enables employees to build core leadership competencies, perform in new roles, prepare for career advancement, and increase employee engagement for their teams and organizations. 

 

Courses utilize behavioral self-assessments, personality assessments, self-study, peer collaboration, and coaching. They are taught by instructors with real-world experience using current research, publications, and resources. 

 

If you would like in-person training, we will come to your organization. If you would like to participate in a live session on your computer, we will deliver virtual courses via your organization's virtual platform. If you would like to complete a course any time, anywhere, sign up for our self-paced courses.  Courses are described by each delivery format below. 

Virtual


Participants attend these company-sponsored, virtual courses on the company's platform (Zoom, MSTeams, etc.), view a PowerPoint presentation and listen as the instructor delivers the course live online. Courses are highly interactive and participants engage with the instructor and collaborate in workgroups using video, audio and chat. Printable course materials are provided. Pre and post course information and continuous learning tips are provided.

Self-Paced


Self-paced course participants achieve their learning goals in the time and space that works for them.  Participants are free from deadlines, time limits, and travel expenses. They use their own home or office computers to watch and listen to pre-recorded video lessons with corresponding printable workbooks. Without instructor facilitation, they can manage their own learning schedule. Pre and post course information and continuous learning tips are provided.

In Person


Participants attend these company-sponsored training sessions in person. During class, the instructor presents the learning topic and facilitates engaging participant small group activities to foster open communication and collaboration.  Course materials are provided in printed (and in most cases electronic) form. Pre and post course information and continuous learning tips are provided.
